简介
投入的圆柱条状物料，被高速旋转的离心转盘上的破断齿切断成长度相等的短圆柱状颗粒（与圆柱直径成一定比例）。由于转盘离心力、颗粒与齿盘、桶壁及颗粒之间的摩擦力、以及转盘与物料筒体之间的气体推动力的综合作用，所有颗粒处于三维螺旋滚动中，形成均匀的搓揉作用使颗粒迅速滚制成圆球。
Introduction
Columned materials are cut by the snaggleteeth in the centrifugal rotary table into identical short cylindrical granules (in proportion with the diameter of column). Because of the centrifugal force, the friction among granules, fluted disc, and inner wall, as well as the comprehensive effect of air driving force between the rotary table and cylinder, all the granules, under the three-dimensional spiral rolling movement, are instantly rounded into pellets by the kneading effect.
结构
本机由进料料斗、料物槽、转盘、出料装置、排风排湿（选配）机柜、控制系统、气动系统等组成。
Structure
Rounding machine is made up of feeding hopper, material chute, rotary table, discharging device, air-exhausting and moisture-exhausting cabinet (optional device), controlling system, pneumatic system, etc.
