Spring Real Estate Shanghai is one of the most influential large-scale real estate exhibitions in china. After decades of experiences，it has become the vital benchmark in Shanghai real estate market.
Founded in 1998, Spring Real Estate Market Shanghai is the first trade fair in real estate industry in China. It set up in the economy growth period after the Asian financial crisis and benefits from the welfare housing system delisting and the rise of China’s real estate industry. 世博年，人们普遍看好上海将成为未来的亚洲金融中心和物流中心，这也使上海房产市场高烧不退。
本届展会占据了上海展览中心全馆，涵盖序馆、中央大厅、东西平台、东一馆及西一管，总面积达到2万平米。整个展会期共吸引到13万来自上海及华东地区的置业人群前往参观。参展企业超过200家，包括：绿地、大华、康桥、张江高科、万达、城建、锦和、中信、富力、刚泰、屹申、新长宁、宝华、俊峰等等诸多品牌开发商。展示楼盘已不再局限于自住型房产，旅游地产、投资地产、海外置业楼盘纷纷加入。除了上海本地楼盘以外，周边地区如昆山、周庄、嘉兴、常熟等地楼盘也不占少数，此次还有三亚和威海等多个楼盘展出，可谓盛况空前。前来报道的媒体更是创出新高，包括中央电视台、东方电视台、上海电视台在内超过150家中外媒体对展会进行了报道。
With the opening of the 2010 World Expo, Shanghai is regarded as the center of finance and trade in China, which also contributes to the current real estate market.
The exhibition covered a total area of 20,000 square meters throughout the whole displaying area in the Shanghai Exhibition Centre, which were located in the sequence Hall, the centre hall, East and West platform, East Hall 1 and West Hall 1. The exhibition attracted 13 million property buyers and hosted over 200 exhibitors this year, including: green, UOB, Cambridge, Zhangjiang Hi-Tech, Wanda, urban construction, Kam and, CITIC,R & F, just Thailand, Yi Shen, New Changning, Baohua, Chun Feng, etc.
The feature of exhibiting projects were not limited to residential houses, but even more to tourism property, real estate investment, overseas property investment home buyers. This year the growth market of real estate are still focusing on Shanghai and its neighbor cities such as Kunshan, Zhouzhuang, Jiaxing, Changshu, as well as Hainan and Sanya.

“上海之春”打造沪上生活嘉年华！上海之春2011年展会将于2011年3月15至18日在上海展览中心再度举行。是多年来，作为沪上楼市的风向标，无论在楼市起步的1998年，盛极一时的2006-07年，金融危机后2008-09年，还是世博大旗下的2010年，上海之春都发挥着它指标性的作用。2011年上海楼市如何沉浮，还看“上海之春2011”。
去年市里的上海之春•海外置业专区将再度扩大集中规划在中央大厅的西平台上，预计规模在去年的基础上翻一番，邀请更多国家及地区的楼盘和开发商参与。
此外，上海之春将首次推出“二手房专区”和“家装家居节”两大板块，“二手房专区”将集中沪上最优秀的二手房代理商和数千精品二手房供购者集中挑选。而“家装家居节”则将引入国内主流家装家居精品和新品，为购房人群和普通观众提供购房装修一条龙采购平台。
